Our philosophy is to offer a carefree lifestyle away from the burdens of household management. It has always been our main priority to provide kindly and personal care to enhance the dignity, privacy and independence of our residents.

Hollybank has a team of trained staff who aim to know the residents and their relatives personally, providing continuity of care.

We are well supported by doctors in our area. We also have the services of visiting hairdressers, physiotherapists & chiropodists.

Each resident has a personalised care plan which aims to maximise social, physical and intellectual capacity.

We fully embrace the idea that relatives or friends are part of the caring process and encourage them to visit the residents.

A call bell system is also available if the resident cannot use the phone.

It is part of our duty to cater for all special needs of the elderly such as dietary, mobility, hearing or sight problems. Other needs of the residents such as ethnical and/or religious needs will be considered as and when possible.
