Cuisine

At Hollybank House, we place great emphasis on maintaining a high standard of traditional and nutritious cuisine with good choice and variety. To this end we have devised a four-week menu which avoids repetition and provides residents an alternative for each course. At the residents’ meetings we seek their opinion and listen to their preferences, or their fancies for a special dish. Once the majority of residents confirm the dish, we add the dish to the menu and amend it.

Our experienced cook caters for those with special diets, such as diabetics. Our elegant dining room offers a relaxing environment for the enjoyment of meals but we are happy to provide room service if residents prefer to dine in their own room.

Our residents receive a regular supply of fresh fruits of their preference.

Other Services

Our fully inclusive terms includes personal laundry, fresh fruits and refreshments at any time of day or night.

Activities
	We provide a wide range of daily activities. They include, but are not limited to, card games, craft, keep fit, & outings. Such activities would be geared to individual residents and if necessary, are offered on a one to one basis. Details of our activities are outlined in our Statement of Purpose.
A peaceful, secluded garden provides a serene atmosphere and a perfect setting for those lazy summer days.
